Cazapampa Owners Club is an association for owners of 2,500 hectareas (6177 acres) with the purpose of practicing sports hunting. Ownership over the estate is joint and, additionally, members can be exclusive owners of a specific plot to build their own cabin.
The estate owned by the Club is called “El 15” and it is located in Daza Valley, Department of Utracán, Province of La Pampa, Argentina.
The estate features are those of virgin bush, predominantly covered in trees and bushes, with natural pasture.
It has a unique topographical feature in that it is crossed by a chain of low elevations, called dunes, followed by a long valley surrounded by a ridge.
There is a large population of wild red deer that takes advantage of these places for protection, feeding and breeding in an environment high-quality food and safety.

Launch – Founding Members
The first stage is the Project launch. It starts in January of 2020 and ends with the addition of the 30th member. The first thirty members will be the founding members and they have the following benefits as a result of said special membership:
• Premium Plots with no additional cost, chosen among those available for said purpose.
• Lifetime preference for hunting slots allocation.
Consolidation – Legal birth of the Club
This stage begins with the addition of the 31st member. At this time, the American company is organized, shares are given to the shareholders and plots are conveyed. Owners can begin with cabin construction.
Construction of the New Lodge
As from the 150th member, construction of the New Lodge begins, and the project is thus completed.
LOCATION AND GENERAL FEATURES
The area for plot division is in the center of the ranch, which has two advantages. On one hand, it is at the same distance from every hunting area, facilitating shuttles and, also, reducing security service costs once owners build their own cabins.
The club will have 240 plots of two types: General Plots and Premium Plots.
PLOT DIVISION PLANS
General Plots are included with the membership and have no additional cost.
Premium Plots, due to their special location and unique view of the “Pulpería Valley,” have an additional cost.
Cabin construction must comply with the Club Building Code, which will be duly given to the members at the time of organizing the Company and delivering each share to each member. Said code will be drafted by technical representatives of the Club specialized in the matter, safeguarding anything related with environmental preservation and with an appearance that is suitable for hunting activities.
